Shipping & Delivery Policy
At The Panel Centre, we aim to get your panels to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same or next working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🚚 Delivery Information
- Delivery typically takes 1–6 working days depending on stock availability.
- All deliveries require a signature on receipt.
- Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery — panels are large items and cannot be left in a safe place.
- If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
📋 Before You Accept Delivery
Please inspect your panels before signing for them. If the packaging appears damaged:
- Note any damage on the delivery paperwork
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us within 48 hours at 0121 227 5093 or sales@panelcentre.co.uk
We will arrange a free replacement for any items damaged in transit.
🏴 Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands
Deliveries to remote areas including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other offshore locations may take additional time and may incur a surcharge. Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.
