The Panel Centre is committed to your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unopened wall panels in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Returnable Items
- Unused, unopened wall panels in original manufacturer packaging
- Items purchased within the last 30 days
- Products in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
- Cut, fitted, or installed panels
- Opened or partially used products
- Damaged panels (unless damaged by us during delivery)
- Free samples
- Custom or special order panels
- Items returned after 30 days
Damaged Goods Process
If your panels arrive damaged:
- Inspect the delivery carefully upon receipt
- Report any damage within 48 hours to our team
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged panels and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange your panels for a different product:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for exchange
- We will provide instructions for return and exchange options
- Standard return conditions apply (unused, unopened, original packaging)
- If the replacement item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
- If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- Obtain a return authorization and return address
- Pack panels securely in original or equivalent packaging
- Ship using a tracked delivery service at your cost
- Provide us with tracking information
- We will inspect upon receipt and process your refund
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or damaged goods
Your Consumer Rights
